Vacant posts will be advertised internally and/or externally in local newspapers, websites or via specialist employment agencies. Board of Management Vacancies
FLF is governed by a Board of Management comprising volunteer directors/trustees with considerable experience ad skills in Housing, Housing Research, Homelessness, Governance, Finance and Community Development. Whilst our current board composition remains dependable, to strengthen its capacity further and in line with recent policy changes and developments in homelessness services, we wish to extend our board membership by appointing individuals with specific skills which complement our current board members' contribution. Accordingly, we would like to identify interested individiduals who could offer skills and experience in volunteering, health and social care, business management, human resource management, financial management, legal and compliance expertise.
This could be a rewarding opportunity for individuals wishing to make a difference in their community as well as a development opportunity for individuals wishing to gain knowledge and experience in strategic management and leadership and governance.
